Consultant Personal Injury Solicitor

I'm looking for an experienced Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor who wants to work differently. When I established Inson Legal, I wanted to build a specialist practice focused solely on Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. That's what we do, and that's what we intend to remain. I'm now looking for an experienced solicitor to join the firm as a self-employed consultant. The opportunity is aimed at someone who wants the freedom and earning potential of building their own practice, without taking on the considerable cost and regulatory burden of establishing their own law firm. Inson Legal is a Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence firm. Our systems, marketing, technology and future investment will continue to be developed specifically around those areas of practice. I'm looking for someone with at least 5 years' PQE, substantial experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence, strong litigation experience and the ability to manage cases independently to a high standard. You'll need a current practising certificate together with a satisfactory regulatory, disciplinary and professional claims history. This could particularly suit an experienced solicitor who has thought: "I'd like to work for myself, but I don't want to run my own law firm." You bring your experience and ability.
