About our Nursery
East Malling, rated Good by Ofsted, is an eco-friendly nursery
with a capacity of 74 children, dedicated to food waste reduction and
passionate about teaching children the importance of recycling and
upcycling. Our longstanding management team has introduced the
exclusive Bee Curious curriculum, enhancing the learning experience.
We maintain strong links with local secondary schools and the church,
and we participate in community events throughout the year.
Conveniently located near East and West Malling train stations and
junctions 4 and 5 of the M20, we are also surrounded by multiple
primary schools. We offer free parking for staff, as well as a
birthday day off and free uniform, creating a supportive and rewarding

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and
arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that
support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social
development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and
build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine
interest in early childhood education
Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational
skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to
plan and deliver activities.
