The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. You will support children aged 0–5 years through engaging activities and high-quality care that promotes their development across all areas of learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework. Support children's learning through play-based and structured activities. Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and emotional development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging nursery environment. Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to achieve the best outcomes for children. Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting. Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
