Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum subject to skills and experience

The Role
As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) business programmes. You will support student both on campus, contribute to assessment and quality assurance processes, and actively engage in scholarship and continuous curriculum enhancement to ensure an excellent learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standardsDevelop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platformsSet, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and examsSupport students academically and pastorally, including those with learning support needsEngage with quality assurance processes, contribute to module and programme evaluationsCollaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomesLead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where applicableEssential:
A Master's degree in a relevant business-related fieldExperience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processesA flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvementWillingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held)Desirable:
PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experienceResearch or enterprise activity involvementTeaching qualification (FHEA, SHEA, PGCAP, AHEA)Experience leading modules or academic teams What We Offer (some benefits subject to completion of successful probation)
