The company is owned by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) for whom it manufactures lifeboat launch and recovery equipment. The company has a 7 acre site based in Knighton in Mid Wales on the Powys / Shropshire / Herefordshire border. Easily commutable from Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Leominster or Hereford Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to lead our Finance Function and support our Chief Executive Officer and the CEL Board. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation. Primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive financial management, which encompasses budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, preparation and delivery of detailed financial reports that inform strategic decision-making at all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide a full management accounting service for managers and for reporting to the CEL Board.
