Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: • Prepare a list of required information following the completion of the bookkeeping functions. • Set up and monitor bank payments on various banking platforms. • Credit control functions including preparing statements for clients. • Prepare VAT returns and submit once approved. • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. • Prepare system driven management accounts. • Prepare supplier reconciliations. • Purchase ledger and sales ledger functions. • Build & maintain adequate knowledge of Zero accounting package. Furthermore, we expect that you: • Have acquired a finance bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results (finance exams are a plus) • 2+ years experience in finance • Have an UK work permit • Have an exceptional attention to detail • Have excellent problem solving skills • Are highly process oriented and systematic Startdate As soon as possible The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
