We are seeking an Administrator to join the BaNES CAMHS community team on a part time basis. This role could be a perfect opportunity for someone with strong admin and communication skills, who is used to a fast paced environment. You will be, at times, the first point of contact for a number of different people - from patients, visitors and colleagues alike!
Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service. Provide a polite and efficient reception service to patients and visitors. To administratively support the multi-disciplinary CAMHS team. To accurately type and distribute letters and other documents as required. To respond to email, telephone enquiries and written enquiries using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate way. To update patient records as required and ensure that the Trust’s databases are up to date and all clinical data is entered appropriately Working for our organisation
