This is a lovely role for a very creative chef producing fine innovative British/European cuisine using only the best seasonal produce and ingredients. You must have a proven track record as a Head Chef within quality food lead Restaurants, and know the London food scene to be considered for this role. As Head Chef, you will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining the reputation of the restaurant as well as keeping to the targeted GPs, maintaining the high standard of hygiene and health & safety, ordering and purchasing all stock and making sure all food is prepared to a high standard.
