What You'll Be Doing Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and consistent high standards Preparing and cooking high-quality, freshly produced dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to consistently exceed guest expectations Supporting the wider kitchen team during service, including stepping up when required to ensure a seamless operation Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation, and minimising waste to support gross profit targets Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation at all times Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation in line with procedures Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, following company standards and bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift What’s In It For You?
