Financial Controller Company: Al Ghurair Facility Management Location: Dubai, UAE Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or Senior Finance Manager role Proven experience handling month‑end close and delivering management accounts independently Hands‑on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly preferred UAE experience with strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations Experience leading a small finance team Key Responsibilities Lead monthly close, management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/VAT compliance Strengthen controls across AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and reconciliations Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation from design to go‑live, including migration, testing, training, and change management Monitor cash flow, treasury, forecasts, collections, and DSO Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team with KPIs and performance reviews Preferred Experience in Facility Management, Construction, Real Estate, or service‑led businesses Board‑level reporting experience Finance transformation experience Arabic language skills are an advantage Salary AED 15,000–18,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
