We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Trainee to join our dynamic accounts department. Role Overview: As an Accounts Assistant at e-Careers, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of finance and accounting within an educational environment. This entry-level position is designed for career starters with little to no experience, providing a supportive framework for learning and growth. This role includes a full training programme. You will engage in a wide range of accounting tasks, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounts department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable. Complete bank reconciliations. Enter financial transactions into our internal databases. Assist with reviewing and processing reimbursements. Participate in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. Assist with other accounting projects, as needed. Provide administrative support to the accounts team. Learn about various accounting software and databases Hunger to learn. A strong desire to pursue a career in accounts or finance. Basic understanding of accounting principles and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
