We're partnering with an innovative and fast-growing organisation seeking an Executive Project Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO in a highly visible and business-critical role. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Project Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operating at the heart of senior leadership.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll provide high-level executive support while coordinating key projects and initiatives across the business. You'll be responsible for managing complex schedules, preparing executive and board materials, coordinating international travel, supporting leadership meetings, and ensuring critical actions are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Executive support to the CEOComplex diary and calendar managementBoard, executive and stakeholder meeting coordinationPreparation of presentations, agendas and briefing materialsDomestic and international travel arrangementsMeeting minutes, action tracking and project coordinationLiaison with senior stakeholders, board members and external partnersHandling highly confidential and sensitive information
What We're Looking For
5-7 years' experience in an Executive Project AssistantExperience supporting C-suite leadershipStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environmentStrong stakeholder management experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and ExcelPrevious biotech or life sciences experience would be advantageous
